SPORTS LESSONS FOR THE YOUNGER ONES

Swimming

Swimming

Keeping our children safe while having fun is a priority. We have fully-qualified swimming instructors available to ensure children are taught properly.

Our instructors use fun and games to take children from the first splash to full competence in the pool and will ultimately help your child develop strong confidence in the water.

Competitive and experienced swimmers also have the opportunity to enhance their talents and prepare for competition. We believe in promoting the importance of learning how to swim in our community. Thanks to our heated/cooled swimming pools, swimming lessons can be enjoyed all year round.

Karate

Karate

Al Reem offers children and young people the opportunity to learn all aspects of karate in a fun and dynamic environment.

Karate is an excellent form of physical exercise, which improves stamina, balance, strength, flexibility, reaction times and co-ordination. Each session aims to develop physical fitness, skills and techniques.

Progress is measured by a universal grading system, which is held at the end of each term where skills and techniques are assessed.

Youth Football Team

Football is a fantastic sport for children to develop their skill levels, learn the benefits of teamwork and most importantly, have loads of fun.

The Youth Football Team and talented coach offers young boys of all abilities a high quality learning experience in sport.

Our aim is to develop basic football skills in an exciting, enjoyable and fun atmosphere, helping the younger ones gain experience in competitive and non-competitive environments.

The sessions end with small sided matches to give the children the opportunity to put their skills into game situations.
